I am using articlescript, and it looks like the only way I can run ads within an article is by using frames. In the old style google create ad code page, there was a box you could check to modify the code. It's not there now. What can I do?

Weird yes, there is no checkbox for frame in setup. I don't know what to do. Are the ads not showing with basic adsense code?

Don't worry -- you can now place ads in frames without checking any boxes, because we'll target ads to whatever frame your ad code is placed in. We've removed this step to make your job easier.

As Arlene points out in http://adsense.blogspot.com/2006/07/where-did-my-framed-pages-checkbox-go.html , be sure to place your ads in the same frame as your page's primary content for accurate ad targeting.

Why you need frames? just paste a simple <?php include in the code, where the included file is your adsense code.. or am I wrong? I used to use thisway

You can just paste your normal Adsense code into the frame containing your content.

There is no different between frame or no frame now.
