    Nope. Use blogger.com if you want a free blog host that allows ads.

    You can't. http://support.wordpress.com/advertising/

    You only able to add Adsense in self hosted Wordpress. If you still going for free blogging platform, use Blogger.com as they allow you to use Adsense.

    If you are using a wordpress hosted wordpress site, then no. If you are hosting it yourself, then yes.
