Adsense For Twitter Monetization?

I own a twitter account with 100k followers. It basically posts about college/drinking related quotes, pictures, anything that relates to college. All followers are targeted. In the last 30 days my tweets received about 15 Million impressions. I was wondering if I could profit using an Adsense website? I talked to a few people who told me I need to research and learn how to make an Adsense gallery website. What exactly is this and what does it entail? What is the best way to learn how to do this? I don't know much about adsense being I am a new user.

You can create a blog on wordpress. Install Google AdSense. Customize it automatic posting "hot" news from RSS feeds from other sources. Publish link your blog to twitter. Traffic will go to the blog from Twitter. Will clicks on Adsense.

With one twitter account many will not work. Need several dozen accounts that people came to the site from search Twitter.

If you want to make money from twitter to adsense. First you need to have original content. Copyrighted images or videos is not enough.
