I have been using adsense for Search for week now and I am little conserned about result. I have been getting 80% clicks rate. Should I report that to google or is it normal when having low number of queries?

80% CTR sounds very unreal. may be someone is trying to click bomb? Yes, contact google immediately, that should help in case they banned you and you want to appeal.
You might want to check your own access logs on those days and see if you see a pattern... if so: 1. Block the offending Ips 2. Take all your information and send it to google. 3. Pray. If this is an ongoing problem, you might want to look at using some other scripts that give you a more advanced tracking of your CTR, and make doing such log digs much easier. Good luck
