    I am new in adsense.If Me Ask People Use My Site's Google Search & Start Google Searching.I pay you Every Query By My Users Search.My Question this Act is Against the Adsense TOS?

    Yes u will ban its against the TOS on the other hand if u will drive traffic then u can earn adsense cash without doing anything illegal activity

    please follow google terms and conditions bofore any work done.
    google is very clever and immidiately identyfies fraud and then ban account.

    As others have said, Don't do it.

    You do understand that you do not get paid anything for a search. You only get paid if they click on one of the sponsored links. If they choose one of the regular links you don't get paid anything.
