    Hi,
    I want to know, is it alright to hide the radio buttons on the adsense search code?
    is it a TOS violation?

    Since it is a modification, and modifications are against the rules, yes it is a violation.

    No. It is not allowed. Never modify the adsense code for your own wellbeing :D

    I think you can hide the radio button when you create the unit in your account.
    Or better to use Adsense Custom Search instead.

    No, there is no way to modify it without violating Google TOS and having either your site or account banned. The point of the button is to clearly show that it is a Google search box. The TOS is clear and any tricks will be caught at time of payout.

    Use google custom search where they have no radio search for your site
