    Hi,

I just added Adsense For Search in my site. I would like to ask how this system works. I read that you earn from the ads which they appeared in the search results page.

But when I tried to search a query I didn't take any ads in the search results page. Is there any problem or am I miss something?

    My url is: www.tabletennis.gr

    Thanks.

    Denis

You are right, you don't get ads no metter how competitive the searched word is...
I don't know why. Mybe you should wait a few days...

Has anyone here seen better results with AdSense for search as opposed to AdSense for Content?

    Thanks,
    Matt

AdSense for search payment rates are significantly lower AbSense for content on my websites. I only have it on one site, where it is also the site search engine. Maybe I should just switch to plain Google search. That way, it cannot be used against me in calculating overall AdSense payment rates.

My experience with Adsense search is that it does work. If you run websites with loads of news and content, Adsense search does give revenue. The only problem is that you have to wait until Google index all your pages for the search to return any results.
And if you run sites that post hundreds of pages a day, Google will almost always have some catching up to do :)
