AdSense for Search on intranet

I am wondering what the TOS for AdSense for Search are. Here is what I am wanting to do:

Place AdSense for Search on a clients intranet and get paid for their employees doing the searches, would this violate TOS?

They have 8 locations, but the web server is only at 1 location, so it would only be reporting 1 IP address for the searches.

Do you seriously think this would not look suspicious? I don't follow the part about the web server being only at one location so only one IP being reported...most web servers are only at ONE location...it's the IP of the CLIENT that is going to matter. But again, if they all come from in a subnet and it's the same poeple/machines click over and over again, that would spell trouble.

you can make a web server farm and replicate the data over a the wan (wide area network) through vpn / fiber link connection and have multiple locations look as the same location with some dns modifications, however for this client the web farm is at a single location for now. As far as the traffic, I'm pretty sure that even though the client pc's are at different locations, once it hits the intranet web server, it would go out to the internet with that server ip address. I know it was a sketchy idea, but was wondering if anyone has ever tried it.
