Hello, I am trying to incorporate AdSense for search to my website but would like your reviews about 2 possible placements. - in the sidebar: http://www.mythtvtalk.com/ - after the content: http://www.mythtvtalk.com/mythtv.php Is there one which is definitely better? What do you reckon could be the PROs and CONs of each one? Thanks in advance for any comments/advices. Regards, Ludo
If you can get it to work in the side bar I'd have it there, but it depends on your user behaviour...if they use the right navigation it should go there. If they generally don't browse much place it at the bottom so that they have an option for search.
I had to remove the search field from the right sidebar... It is working fine under Firefox, but today I checked from work and I discovered that my search box does not get incorporated in my CSS design due to its table format Anyone managed to insert the Search button in a CSS sidebar without breaking the overall website layout? If so, I'd love to see how. Because I can see several ways to modify the google code to nicely fit into my layout but that would be forbidden by the Google TOS.
