Adsense for Mobile phone

    I hardly see webmaster moving their existing website to a mobile version as well as their Adsense, just wonder what is the hold back? Any idea? Please share. Thanks

    I've just recently got a mobile version of my site going. I haven't done anything about the Adsense yet.
