Adsense for female celebrity wallpapers site?

Can I have an adsense account for a female celebrity wallpapers site?

Someone said that its against adsense TOS to use it for wallpapers site.

No its not, as long as wall papers are suitable for family view (Means no nude pics) and does not contain copyright materials..

 

Good luck getting around the "copyright" part.

Unless you outright buy the pictures from someone with legit resale rights, or buy usage and modification rights each picture.... your running on thin ice with copyrighted images.

 

So your saying that all the Google Advertisement on porn sites are illgeal?

AFAIK.. There are many sites offering celeb wallpapers (Sexy, but not provocative or nude) and running adsense as well.

But the best thing would be if you ask Google directly. Show them your site and ask if it comes within the TOS.

if your site contains adult or porn content , it's against but if they are normal wallpaper, it will not be a problem

 

and if it is against adsense, what is the best alternative?
