Adsense for domains

I've just started using Google adsense for domains (parked domains)

But notice they use the Content = NOINDEX tag

Does this mean the site will therefore be dropped from the search results?

If this is the case how do they expect visitors to find the site.

Hi adsense for domains will be good if your particular domain is popular.
You need to optimize your site with google.
And you can earn good money with adsense.
And your site will be not dropped from the search results. Due to panda rules. Now some of the rules has been introduced.

 

Adsense for domain will not bring you much so try to stick with adsense for content.

Only through direct type-ins or old links from other websites.
