Hi, In your experience, what is the best ROI for medium-term domains parking (1-3 years)? The idea is selling them after a while, i.e. after they lost their juice. They got quite some search engines traffic, so I'd like to use it a bit, and then propose them for sale. So I thought about either park them with Sedo (ads + domain for sale) or to park them with AdSense for domains (ads only, as nobody will know they're on sale). Maybe it's not the best way to do it, I'm open to other ideas. What's the ratio between AdSense for domains vs. regular AdSense, by the way? Does a click pays about the same or less? Thanks
Go for parking with sedo. I lost my SE rankings and pre-indexed pages when parked with google. You can also add keywords while parking In sedo which helps to drive organic traffic to your parked domain.
I have tried adsense for domains and felt that the payment rates are lower then that of regular content site.
To make any money off of a perked domain it needs to get good type-in traffic. If it doesn't it is not worth parking in the first place.
