Adsense for Domains vs Gandi.net - Need Help

Being to the point, I have some good keyword domains on Gandi.net
I added them on adsense for domains, but can not find how to change the A and CNAME records on Gandi.net
any illustration would be helpful

1. Log in to your account at gandi.net.
2. Click the Administration tab and then the control panel link.
3. Click the domain you want to manage and go to Technical Settings.
4. Click Manage DNS zone file.
5. Click Add an entry which you want.
6. Click Submit after done.

Yes, I alreay tried all these steps. But the problem is the DNS settings are in the form of a zone file. I do not know the syntax of the zone file. Can you help me exactly what to put there ?
