Adsense for Content Host, making money from YouTube videos

Hi there, I'm new here. I have a passion for didgeridoos and Australian Aboriginal culture. I enjoy creating video content for YouTube, I have something like 500+ videos at the moment, my channel is here:

I earn a little bit of money through Adsense but I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong, or at least, if I can do things better given my area of interest and expertise: didgeridoos and Aboriginal culture. Keep in mind these are not high paying keywords.

Without breaking the rules, here are my Adsense stats in a general way...

    In the last 7 days:

Page impressions: between 10,000 and 15,000 daily
Clicks: between 50 and 100 clicks daily
Page CTR: less than 1% daily
Total page eCPM: less than $1 daily
Total earnings: between $10 and $15 daily
Host earnings: less than $10 daily

My Page impressions are steadily getting better, I'm pretty happy with the way it is given the content of my videos.

My Page CTR is pretty poor, how can I improve it given that we're talking about YouTube videos and not a blog or website?

Total page eCPM is poor, it seems to be going down in general. For example, this time last year, Total page eCPM was 4 to 5 times what it currently is. But this time last year, my Page impressions were ten times less compared to today. If I look at my all time data, occasionally I had Total page eCPM figures of like $20 or $50, but actual earnings on those days were virtually non-existent because of low Page impressions.

So, can I boost Page CTR and Total page eCPM knowing that my earnings come from my videos on YouTube (and not a blog or website), and that the subject matter of my videos do not include high paying keywords?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
