Hello everyone. I have a question. I have a 3 year old adsense account, which is rarely used. I had registered it for my old website just to give it a try. While designing I accidently clicked on some adsense ads on that website. Then I reffered the Terms, which gave me an idea that my account would be flaged and be gonna banned. So I didnt continued. Recently I have a planned for a big project. Combining alltogether, I would create a big portal with new domain name. Form a Proprietorship company. And for that, I am planning to register a new adsense account in that company name. I want to know that is there any possibility that google reject my application? Please suggest your idea or suggession or opinion.
Something weird about your story... Old AdSense Account > Clicked while you were designing "accidentally" > You stopped using the account since you found out clicking your ads on purpose was against TOS so you "ran away" from the issue when it could've been solved with one e-mail Fast forward, now you want to use AdSense again but are scared since you participated in click fraud before and don't want to risk getting banned. You want to know if Google will reject you signing up? I hope so.
Is your account still live or was it, in fact, banned? If you accidentally clicked an ad once or twice I doubt you are banned.
When I found those clicks I immideatly contacted google and informaed them about that matter. I mailed them more than 10 emails. But even after a year I didnt received a single reply. So, then later I got a bit busy as I started forex trading and share trading, fulltime. Even if I would have got a single email than I would have not stoped.
My Old Adsense account is still up and running. But as I stated before, there is a possibility for being banned. The customer support is not replying nor helping, or I would have sorted out the matter right away. Overall, I am bit frustrated to make a new start.
I would try one more time to e-mail them. There might be problems signing up again under your name since you already have an AdSense account in the database. If you can still login, there should be zero problems with using your current AdSense account.
I had chat with a person a month ago. He had a similar problem. His wife used to click on some adsense ads to increase revenue. Even after that his account was working fine. Later when he knew that his wife did some clicks he warned her not to do so. But he continued with that. Within 2 months he made about $87.7 in his account. The next day he got an email stating is account being disabled. Mostly Adsense account gets Banned/Disabled when one is very close to payout. Thats the reason I dont want to continue with my old account. Because of this I have planned this step
I am not planning to signup with same name. I would signup with Company name and/or family members name. Use a different Laptop. And a different Address to receive cheques.
I don't see any problem here. You should be through 90% of times if you do the above. Just take care that you don't use this new AdSense Publisher Id with any of your old websites (That may give indication to Google that you are the same person who made clicks earlier.)
I dont think so if there will be any problem signing up for a new account since google doesn't look at your old record but your new site+content.
Not sure how true this is but, rumor has it that google checks to make sure accounts and their revenue are legit when it's close to payout time. That's strange. Do you remember which email address you used to contact them? Another rumor is that sending an email to their UK address ensures a quicker response.
I had emailed them in about two-three email address individually. Other than that I had also contcated them through contact form, as there in the help page. But still no reply.
