If its a service providing website, and you take in revenue that way, I see no point in using ads. I think it is unnecessary, but you can try it to see if it works well.

If you provide a service on your website, I don't think it's a smart thing to add Ads.

Otherwhise people might see a very interesting and better service in one of your ads, and wont buy your service :)

well it all depends on how good ur services are. The blogging section is just helping you rank for good terms in medical transcription ie. your niche. Now it is all dependent on you whether u want to use ur traffic to lure prospective customers or lead them to a competitor for something as low as 10-20 cents...

Improve your service rather than putting ads. But if you are short of money, then use 1 banner & a unit link ad.

Google Adsense makes you money if visitors are clicking away from your site. Do you want that if you sell services?!

Well, look, how much time are those visitors spending on your site? That can determine how much you can make.

If it´s a service site, focus on that. If you are trying to make money with the site, then use Adsense, but maybe it will not make much money.
