Adsense following as you scroll down?

    Just came across this site: http://www.freewd.org/ you can see the adsense banner on the right is in a frame or something, as you scroll down the page the unit follows you. Never seen that done before, i think it would surely be against the TOS?

    It violates TOS because they modified the script. AdSense doesn't want anything modified on their script.
