It is available to everyone under the "Referrals" tab at the top of google Adsense pages.

I don't like the program...I would rather have a 10% or 5% referral of total earnings...the max per signup you can earn is $100...no possiblities for huge earnings unless you already have huge traffic, and if you have huge traffic and can convert well to google you can convert well to other higher paid programs.

thats my two sense on the issue.

Why on earth do you have to manually geotarget your buttons. That's absurd!

Are there really webmasters that don't have an AdSense account yet? If you know any... a new feature on AdSense is 'referrals' here is how it works:

    The Offer
    * Refer a new account to AdSense, when it makes US$100 you get a bonus of US$100 credited to your account.

    The Aff Buttons 'n' Banners
    * Uses sucky JavaScript like amazon for the buttons and banners.
    - They really need to offer an affiliate url for it to suit more sites

    Self Referrals
*If you want to take a stab at scamming the system by referring yourself and creating a new account for the sake of the $100 bonus:
    - you only get the bonus when the new account earns $100 too
    - the new account would want to run ads on new pages that haven't had AdSense on them before

    Changes to TOS
Jensense breaks down the exact changes to the tos.

Yes, I would also better promote FireFox. :)
First of all - it is worth to do, because FireFox rules, and second - I believe more in this 1$, then in these 100$ from adsense.

    Google says:

When a publisher that signed up for AdSense through your referral earns their initial $100.00 and is eligible for payout, we'll credit your account with $100.00.

    in this line the word initial clears every thing;

That is just beautiful. They don't actually own a stake in FireFox, do they? Google is doing that just to screw with Microsoft. Awesome.

Still not a bad option and you also get referral credit for Firefox.

"When a user you’ve referred to Firefox plus Google Toolbar runs Firefox for the first time, you’ll receive up to $1 in your account, depending on the user’s location."

Check out the referral buttons on my site: www.websitetrading.net
