Hmm, I have to say that most of your wishes are about increasing earnings and other elements that aren't really in the spirit of Adsense. For example, I doubt Adsense earnings will ever be transferred to Adwords accounts as this is an open door to arbitrage peddlers. I doubt many companies would want this feature as it would complicate accounting.

Custom fonts and backgrounds again are never likely to be approved because Google simply can't trust the Adsense users.

Most of all, your wishes seem to suggest that your site is all about making money from Adsense, not being a site in its own right. Sites published for the sole purpose of displaying ads breach the Programme Policies so be careful what you wish for! :p

No, it's not all about increasing earnings. It is for the benefits of all parties: Visitors-Advertiser-Google-Publisher/Site Owner. I even complain why I have more than clicks and impressions as expected. As for the onsite advertisers, I would like to have it so that visitors may not fall on wrong path - in my example, money-making => hyips. It's also the same with ad filter by keywords.

If ever I stated there about approving onsite advertisers based on their bids - that would what you call increasing on earnings, but I have not.
