    Well, not only in the USA or Europe..
    I live in Turkiye and $300 wouldn't even be sufficient to pay for a regular flat's rent in many cities.

    That is why India and China are getting a lot of outsourced business.

    I don't know why but in my Adsense Control pannel there is no EFT option yet.
