    Honestly:

    It's not a good CTR. Given the earnings to traffic ratio you may be better off monetizing the site with something else.

    Really bad ROI. You may want to rethink the whole design and maybe to build interest use an RSS feed to build up contextual ad listings.

    Try to add more and more earning from adsense....
    It will be increased after a long period of time....

    My experience is that text ads do better in sites that have lots of texts and reading materials.
