Hi, This is a bit of a strange question but hopefully someone will be able to help me out. I'm in the UK and at the moment the value of the dollar is about half of the value of the pound...so if I'm earning $50 a day I'm only going to be getting about £25. I was just wondering, if you are in America is $50 a day near the minimum wage? Or is this lower than the average daily wage for you? I would say in the UK that about £50 ($100) would be the minimum wage per day. Thanks. Matt
Is nobody in America or elsewhere able to help answer my question At the moment I find it annoying that the dollar is so weak compared to the pound...basically I could be earning double the amount of my current earnings if the dollar wasn't so weak. Does it affect you guys in America though - do you have to pay a higher price for things over there? What is the typical sort of daily wage there? Thanks if anyone can answer my questions Matt
Google pay through INR checks to people of India. They send check through standard delivery or secured delivery(charge $25 for this).
From a bit of googling... The federal minimum wage is $5.85 per hour. The wage will increase an additional 70 cents over the next two years, reaching $7.25 in 2009.
So 8 hours * 5.85 (or depending on the state) is ... 46.8. 10 Hours = 58.50$ Depends on the hours you work.
