    regarding setting up a proxy, I started one a few weeks ago and am now pulling $40 adsense from it a week and due to it using curl and being pretty much custom it can be hosted on a shared account :) so hosting is about $2.99 per month. . . . . not bad profit :)

    I did a sample test of that adsblacklist site.. put in my URL and it came up with 50 sites that I have never seen listed on my site, ever... my site is dating and these sites were completely unrelated.

    Curious, my site go like 325,000 impressions last month and $1065 .... does that sound low? I think I should be making more but this month I will be lucky to get $800 at 280,000 impressions.

    I have registered with AdSense a long time ago but it was this month I actually started to take it seriously. Right now I've made almost $700 with 10,200 impressions and growing rapidly. My CTR are pretty crazy, averaging about 30%. It's pretty interesting to see the report, one day it's $0.33 and the other $4.11 to $37.62 to $62.99.
    So yes, I think it's very possible to make a decent income with AdSense, just have to optimize it. Maybe I should have started earlier :p

    I am quite similiar to you, started in the 3rd January and spent the rest of the month adding content and made $7.14
    Spent february promoting and have made $46.34.

    Not bad going I don't think. My target for March is to make over $70.00, hopefully i will make it.
