adsense earning website "psychology niche"-cheap

I'm looking to sell a Website I created in a psychology niche. Specifically the website provides information about mood disorders including Depression, bipolar, and the treatment of these disorders. The site already has adsense and has earned a few dollars in the past month. While I think the site has potential, I realize it need a lot more work to earn a steady stream of $$.
