Adsense Earning Today Total Problem and Allowed Site PRoblem

    today i got 47 clicks at 347 imp, when i count my total earning of today it is approx 10$ but it is showing 4.36$ what is this

    and one thing more i am using Allowed option in Adsense where i have added my site, in unauthorised list it is showing

    w2.hidemyass.com
    what is this
    but these sites dont use my code

    Allow your site only. The third site is a proxy site.

    i have also got 45$/day but today is imp and earning problem, my today visitors were 600 but imp are 347 how it is possible
