    Hi guys;

    let's start from a scratch;
    my budget is about 1000-2000 USD. Could be extended to a bit more, if needed, even. Have some extra money I'd like to invest in a legit site.

    My part:
    a) Imma serious buyer, no time for "future earning" sites or sites with potential. Also, casino and poker site owners, please note: Gaming == Games/Arcades and similar.
    b) I don't care for any other stats than GA. Reason? I can read GA as I'm using it, and especially don't care about the server logs parsing stats such as AwStats or Webalizer.
    c) Stats need to be shared upon request. Adsense screenshot is enough, on the other hand. If you don't use GA, we can put it up for few days to verify everything.
    d) I would recommend Escrow as a form of payment, as it protects both parties enough. Not that I'm a guy with trust issues, but it's best to keep on the safe side for both parties, I'd say.
    e) Search Engine traffic and traffic above 2000 uv/day is great. Thus said, I don't wanna buy no niche sites with low visitors and big cpc. Keep those for yourself.

    f) IMPORTANT!
    I can offer even up to 20x for a good site. What I won't pay is a 20x for a 6 months site. Refer to this data for general orientation:
    1) Sites younger than 6 months -> I can pay up to 4-6x rev. It is impossible to pay more in such cases, non negotiable.
    2) Sites old 6-12 months, I can pay about 10-12x
    3) Sites older than a 12-18months can go for 15-20x if all OK.

    About the REV part: 3-6 last months average earnings. I won't take last month only as often there may be cases with increased earnings only recently.

    Serious seller will understand.
    Sorry if anything is sounding stiff, but I'm trying to avoid big amounts of invalid offers.

    Thanks for the time;
    Funkman
