BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!!!

after a few emails with the seller and awstats received by email, I asked him to grant access to analytics to validate the traffic since I was interested in the site. but looks he is not interested in showing those "real" stats and replied saying he has NO analytics installed, only awstats.
so, wonder what the hell is the following code within the source code:

is evident for me that he tries to hide something based on the fact that analytics IS installed.

@investinpixels: if you dont have anything to hide, then share "real" stats from a reliable source like analytics instead of these poor awstats screenshots !!!
unless this done, I consider this sale a "possible" SCAM.

I have provided you with both Awstats from my host and adsense data to cross reference.

I am a Flippa seller too with over $20k in sales, and although I have chosen not to list the website here, you may contact my account there to show I am a verifiable seller.

Additionally, this user 'ht125' has poor negative feedback, and is obviously very naive when it comes to purchasing a website online.

is a fact that you HAVE analytics installed as I pasted the code above retrieved from your site, but u are not wanting to share these stats with potential buyers.

and if I have some negatives is because I dont mind leaving neg itrader when I find a scammer, so I later receive a neg too as revenge. I dont bother about that, I prefer to receive a negative revenge and alert others than keep silent after knowing something fishy is going on.

 

I did not build the site and do not control what is and what isn't installed, I merely added content and monetized.

You point out scammers? That's a lie. 'Arka' left poor feedback on your profile for being a scammer, you left no feedback. I don't need to say anymore.

The funny thing is how you avoided the fact that I brought up 'Arka's' negative feedback.

 

as said before, i report scammers and arka was banned for a month and thread removed since he was trying to sell warez, just check his threads trying to sell shopperpress theme and proxy software at half of price, obviously nobody is failing in his scam here, but this is because others like me report them as sonn as we smell the scam. and of course, i receive a neg feedback in revenge, it doesnt matter to me, i prefer to report instead of keeping silent.
and btw, i also receive another neg itrader at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2084023, check the thread and u will see how scammer were put in evidence, scammer´s revenge is part of the game, i know it, but... i still report them.
unfortunately, there is no moderator here at DP that really takes care of the BST forum, and thats why DP is a scammer paradise by these days

but this is out of topic at all, you never reverted with the real stats even you have analytics installed, so i still think you are hiding some important info. dont u think?

The developer who set up the website must have put in his own code.

I have found this guy , selling the site on FLIPPA - AND though he says, that i didnt provide results, he admits to some posible clients that the keyword ranked is on second page !! thing that he didnt do it , on emails to me!

Man, how can you be such a Scammer, how can you be such a cheater..! ?
