I believe when you have a low CTR google assumes your traffic quality is poor and smart prices you.

Then add stuff, develop it and make traffic.

A niche, is a gap in a market, a website that has not yet been developed, with original content.

Well... You may be getting "Smart Priced" - I was for awhile... TODAY I've finally become de-SmartPriced I think, because my EPC has jumped through the roof today... More than doubled.

Of course, it also depends greatly on your niche. Some niches just don't pay out that much.

You should also try and block low paying ads... Check out the adsblacklist site.

 

Make your site on a major topic of the world that needs helping or changing and base everything in it off of that.
make sure you have alot of the "KEYWORDS" eg. liver cancer something to provide information to people and Google will act as supporting nature... eg. if your site becomes high traffic load you can add a keyword like "adsense" and get around $10 per click it has been recorded at $11.13 (source: gatips.blogspot.com/2007/11/high-paying-adsense-keywords-keywords.html) so good luck with that traffic hope it works out... i would like to do this to when i get a high traffic load
