Adsense earning go up and down too much

My adsense earning seems to go up and down too much like way too much. One day i make a few cents another i make 2 dollars. Whats going on and has anyone else come across this and yes my traffic is steady and no one is clickbombing i have double checked those with google analytics.

 

Question: do you write articles day by day?

 

I've seen 100 dollar swings on a day to day basis, it just depends on the traffic, the price of the clicks and many other factors. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you see a huge increase in clicks, for example if you went from $2 to $20 overnight.

 

Adsense is like any market , one day you will get great clicks the next not so good, Depends on how well Adswords is doing and how much Adwords users have to spend.

 

How long do you have that site? Do you have any statistics of it? i mean LONG TERM (at least more than 6 months) statistics. If so then you can get an average and know what to expect.
It also depends on your niche...

I do have the same issue... sometimes 1$ with 10clicks others 10$ with 10clicks in the same week.

 

If your traffic (visitors) is steady, then either CTR has increased - number of visitors clicking ads. OR CPC has increased - dollars or cents per click you getting.
