This site could be turned into a real money making factory. Is a perfect domain and is already ranking very well.
I'm in need of Urgent money and is selling my blog - gamesondownload.com which is powered by hundreds of daily visitors. As I'm having many other big projects, I haven't tried any monetization methods on this blog. Running this blog is damn easy and it will run even in a shared hosting.

Sorry to hear mate. I once had such myself where I was sold a stolen domain and Paypal will not refund money since it was deemed a digital sale. However, since I paid through paypal with my CC, I called them instead and filed a non-receipt dispute and initiated a chargeback. I provided the information that was requested and got my money back.
Now when I'm paying through paypal, I use CC since it gives more protection that PP.
    Hope this helps :)
