    Yes it depends where your visitors are from. US traffic pays better.

    Traffics from US, Canada and EU pays high and China traffics pays horribly low.

    Yes, the earnings depend on the country because there is an option on Adwords that lets buyers choose their main targeted countries, and generally, the countries Abhik enumerated are selected because users from that countries have a big conversion rate.

    uk, usa and canada visitors pay more
