    I am selling my website. It earns all it's profit through Google Adsense. It earns $14/day average, (or $420/month average) It receives 1200 unique visitors/day.
    I have both Google Analytics and Adsense Earnings Reports for proof. The site needs no work, and will earn automatically.

    Im selling at 20 months earnings, which is pretty standard for a website with this traffic and earnings.

    Price: $8400

    Will Finance with $4500 down
    The rest to be paid in 3 years, and 10% = Around $130/month payments.

    20x months earnings is very far from standard. There are sites making 1k a month selling for 8-12x a mo all the time. If you are negotiable on the price please PM me further details but the price you are asking currently is WAY too high.

    The standard for 8-12x a month price you are talking about it for not stable earnings sites.
