It's because of the banklink update called el-ninja that's happening right now which is causing havoc because the KWT is having problems as well and the SEO contests are generating too many requests because of the million dollar homepage dos attack. And all that because of Shawn's appearance in the NY Times. It's madness.

 

I have no problems. May be your ISP?

Dude, we don't know. Why speculate? Ask them? Or at least ask your question in a way so they don't sound impossible to answer. Like "Could a virus be preventing me from accessing AdSense?". And you can almost be guaranteed that none of Google's services will be down world wide so you'd be better off saying "I can't get to AdSense here in [area + country] can you?"

Why it is down or whether it's a virus is something not even the Master of the Universe himself can answer for you.

 

IT always works fine for me might be your network.

 

We will find google adsense down at Asia .Usually the time is about 9~10 PM in HK .most likely the time in the morning in US.Each month we can meet the site down for two to four times

Actually it's cuz Rick Johnson over in servers tripped on the master power extension cord and pulled it out of the wall. Rick told me to tell everyone "my bad".

Yup. It's the most viable explenation. It must have been when you bent over to pick it up. That little fart that slipped through probably had a bad impact on Google's Adsense super-duper-badass super-computer-center as well.

I have just visited three forums, including this one, that normally display AdSense and nothing is showing on any of them. Not even the "page cannot be displayed" white box that I occasionally see with a time-out problem.

Any one else notice this?

 

Odd. They were gone for about 10 minutes. Now they're back.

 

I was messing around with my adsense, so I know it was working, at least in the last hour or so.....maybe I brought the whole system down
