    Such a site would normally be against copyright rules which are against adsense TOS

    If your movie is legal, it doesn't matter. I suggest you not to place ads in your niche site.

    if it like youtube site .. i think you can use .. coz i see lots of site like that use adsense and dont get banned.

    As far as I know, a site that offers free downloadable stuffs is against the Adsense TOS.
