    Dude, no more than 3 adsense units per page. You have 300x250 units thrice, and then one link unit at the top right. That is violation of adsense TOS.

    Nope, that's allowed. I have 3 ad units and two link lists. That's allowed. No more than three ad units and 3 link lists though.

    I like the layout of your ads. However, I think the 468x15 link unit would be more visible if it were 4 links per unit, instead of 5. I only noticed it because I was scanning for ads, but the average user probably wouldn't. Still, it was wise of you to put it directly below that 468x90 banner. If a user finds the banner interesting, they're bound to see the link unit below it. I'd give it a 4 out of 5.
