Adsense Discrepencies

    So i have seen a few comments about adsense discrepencies and people making less and less the past few month, plus noticing clicks but no pay.

    I wonder, does Google not pay you for some clicks, but is still charging the advertiser?

    Or are they being honest and crediting them back???
