    Google will ban you for a reason. Just understand the rules well, and do what is right. Do not concentrate on the bad incidents. That happens, but many people continue earning from google consistently. It's all in your mindset, and what you do - smartly..

    If you are using mobile phone pictures for reviews e.t.c. then just go the manufacturers website press release section. You will find a load of images there which are free to use (provided you follow their terms and conditions and credit them where they ask you to). These are probably the pictures you are talking about.
