AdSense disables before payment?

I heard that AdSense bans the user before the payment or when they complete 100$, is that true, if yes then any prevention tips?

 

no adsense not ban on payment date or complate 100$ its totally wrong if you play fair with google adsense than you always when if you do something wrong than game over

yes. he does. i had account for a few moths ( 8 -9 ) witch makes 90 - 100$ / month. then last month January i made 80$ and February 30$ and he banned me. no illegal clicks no nothing ( all same from the beginning )

 

You heard wrong.
All adsense accounts get a manual review prior to their first $100 payout to check for compliance with guidelines and traffic quality issues.
If you are in compliance and you don't send crap traffic to the advertisers that pay, then you have nothing to worry about.

 

I uses pictures from Google of mobile phones. Is that okay? Because many people uses pictures of mobile phones from Google..

But people also do the same.. All the websites/blogs do the same, they copy pics from the Google and upload, but still have AdSense.

Report them and they will be banned. As soon as adsense detects that they are illegally using images stolen from other sites (assuming that you are right and they are really doing that), then they will be banned.
