Sign up with a blogger account and open a new adsense account from within blogger with slightly changed details not too much - You should get accepted, it worked for 3 of my friends so far, good luck!

Adsense did the same to my account, and i only signed up. This was for adsense put on a site and they said the site content was not suitable (just a gadget blog). So i appealed and they responded with it being too big a risk for their advertisers. They responded in 24 hours to the appeal.

Through this is normal, you gotta wait for it. meanwhile you can start a blog and go for it again with slightly different details

Google is very unreliable and often doesn't tell you the reason for disablement. I would suggest another service such as Bidvertiser. Good luck!
