Adsense disabled in my forum because of Copyrighted posted articles ?

Hi

I got an email from DCMA google support telling me that they have disabled the serving-ads in one of my forum where some members have posted (copy/past) some articles from buzzle.com .
THis last have reported my site to adsense and the problem is that I dont know even that my site include copyrighted artciles .
I have managed some reported articles in the past when an author contacted me . but in this case I dont know anything and I didnt recieved any report from this company .
I have already deleted the mentioned threads but google informed ne that i should send theme a fax in this format to restor the ad-serving.

I wonder if the process is simple and if someone have passed the same experience ..

Google has been notified, according to the terms of the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act (DMCA), that some of your webpages allegedly infringe upon
the copyrights of others. The notice that we received is attached to this
e-mail. Please note that we have disabled ad-serving to the URLs of the
allegedly infringing webpages, which may be found at the end of this
message.

Google can restore ad-serving to the affected URLs upon receipt of a

DMCA.

To file a counter notification with us, you must provide a written
communication (by fax or regular mail -- not by email, except by prior
agreement) that sets forth the items specified below. Please note that you
will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you
materially misrepresent that a product or activity is not infringing the
copyrights of others. Accordingly, if you are not sure whether certain
material infringes the copyrights of others, we suggest that you first
contact an attorney. A sample counter notification may be found at
www.chillingeffects.org/dmca/counter512.pdf .

To expedite our ability to process your counter notification, please use
the following format (including section numbers):

1. Identify the specific URLs of material that Google has removed or to
which Google has disabled access. For Google Groups, identify the sender,
date, newsgroup, and subject matter of all the material in question.

2. Provide your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a
statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court
for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Santa Clara
County, California if your address is outside of the United States), and

until now , they disabled only the ads from the mentioned forum and they gave me 10 they to faxe theme that I hace deleted all the article to restore my account .
so I have to send theme a fax or mail and sign it to confirm that i have deleted theme.
