Adsense Disabled; Completely new site & lots of visitors,do I reappeal or reregister?

I have gotten suspended from Adsense due to placement on several different sites of my own (and one unfortunately linking to pirated content). However, I now own a new site that adsense was not previously inserted on, and this site is moderately popular. I have put adbrite (btw, is anyone else's adbrite ads not displaying anything but "Your ad here" lately) and chitika ads on currently, but I feel like trying adsense again would be the best idea. I have already appealed to Adsense's decision over a year ago before owning the new site. What are my best options?

I currently still use the google account associated with my disabled adsense, and I am worried that if I create a entirely new google account that they will be linked.

Does anyone know if it's ok to lie on the appeal form where it asks if you have appealed before? or if not, do second appeals get read?

Or should I just ditch my google account and start fresh. I have even moved countries over the past year, and I can change my ip to make me more anonymous. I don't know how far google goes to steal your privacy and track all locations and all sites visited, however I have downloaded the torrent of that ebook called Google Stealth and it has some really good information. Could anyone give me some experienced knowledge on this subject?

how about this: will someone tell me why it lets you resignup for adsense while logged into a b& account? would it ever work?

 

If you have moved country, then I think you could reapply, same name but different country won't raise an alarm I believe. Also it would be best if the computer altogether has been formatted or bought a new one, and use on it only the new google account to make the demand of an adsense account.

I don't know about appeals.

 

if you submit the same name it will most likely be linked. adsense /google will review and either accept or reject your new ad.

Once your taken down getting reaproved with same details is really tough

 

Thanks guys, so should I just stick with adbrite and chitika until I am big enough to make a company owned adsense account? Any suggested alternatives?
