    Listen to this.
Don't miss it lest you are banned altogether.

That's most definitely copyrighted material sir.

I don't know how you might even think a commercial movie wouldn't be....

Its obvious that the reason for the ban was that copyrighted material was linked from the site.

I did not intend on distributing copyrighted material, a user Basically Uploaded the file and made it public i have no control over who uploads what If you took a few minutes to see how the service even works you would have understood that and not tried to acuse me of distributing files, like it is stated on http://www.uploadline.com/tos.html all files saved to Uploadline are treated confidentially, we do not open or view users files, the files are neither catalogued nor listed in directories. I had no idea the file existed on the server untill i was notified by google.

any body that owns a image/file host does.

i think in this case,as long as the site is a file host there is a zero chance of getting the site un-banned.

everybody knows copyrighted material is shared though file hosts.
your TOS doesn't void out anything of googles TOS or your hosts. ;)
your responsible of all content on your site.

And with how much legal knowledge are you making this argument?

How would file hosting services like
    http://www.filedropper.com/
    http://www.ziddu.com/
    http://www.fileden.com/
    http://www.hotlinkfiles.com/
    http://www.enterupload.com/
And 100's more which are all popular
    Continue to use adsense?

Dont go bs'ing me in my topic im asking for recomendations on how i could get Uploadline running with adsense again.

Many of those fileservices may simply have not been reported or google chose to look the other way.

Your TOS does not matter. Your site distributes copyrighted material whether or not you index it, whether or not you tell your users not to put it up there. End of story. Your best bet would be to find another source for advertisements. Try the advertising board here, there's plenty who will probably be an even better match for your site & make you more money than adsense was

    Best of luck :)

Just tell them you removed that content, you take copyright laws seriously, and that you were not aware a user had uploaded copyrighted material and violated your ToS.

Your website contains copyrighted material, if it does, then you won't be able to get google ads back on that website due to the nature/niche of the website, although you can go to other companies, if it doesn't contain these kind of material, obviously google have made a error so just attempt to add your site back to google adsence and explain it was declined for this reason but a mistake by them was made.

Since your site is of the upload variety, I wouldnt risk running ads there. Chances are that somebody ups more copyrighted material, leaving you with a generic adsense ban.
