Adsense didn't pay? [HELP]

    Hello,

    I share my adsense account with a JV partner.
    Unfortunately, they haven't paid me yet. This should be the 3rd payment or our shared adsense account.

    It has been 3 weeks now since my money disappeared and I haven't got it on my bank acc.

    Can someone tell me how to contact someone from Google who can tell me why I'm not paid?

    Any other tips or thought that are useful are welcome too,

    its strange..

    try check again, your account access, under the Action, click enable access, then check your email to finish your conformation, by click the conformation link

    this happens after that xternall changed the currency to Euro
    could be this a reason !?

    yes,this issue only adsense team can help you.
    if the check haven't clear,they will cancel it and send you again in the next month.

    Let us know if you resolved this or not, I have heard of other people having the same issues. I know allot of the time addsense pay outs are delayed if there are a number of USA national holidays in a specific month. Like last month, I usually get my payouts on the 24 or 25, but i did not get the PAYOUT until the 29 or 30th.
