I applied for adsense with a blogger blog but my application got rejected and they had this reason to say

Your website must be your own top-level domain (www.example.com and
    not www.example.com/mysite).
    - Your domain must have been registered and active for at least 6
months. before you apply for AdSense.
    - You must provide accurate personal information with your application
that matches the information on your domain registration.
    - Your website must contain substantial, original content.

what am i supposed to do now ?

Well, do any of those issues apply to you? If you have a blogger blog you should be OK on the first issue, since yourdomain.blogspot.com is OK.

    - Has it been active at least 6 months? Does it contain substantial, original content?

If it's the one in your sig, it's just ove a month old and only has 3 posts - one of which is an intro, the other two of which are very short definitions of terms. There just isn't enough quality content there.

What you are supposed to do is develop your blog by regularly posting quality content. Make a blog that is worth visiting, even if you have no advertisements. When your blog is six months old, apply again.

what adsense said is loud and clear. you must meet the criteria to be accepted into the program.

its getting harder day by day. you can very easily bypass the 6 months waiting period by buying a 6+ months old site with original content and apply again

Well, it is harder to get approved for Adsense than 6 months ago

Did your site bypass all these requirements?

Now a days google has tightened allotting Adsense to publishers with less articles, less than 6 months etc., Earlier many would easily allotted Adsense, even if they had 1 article posted. Plenty of Adsense holders did not make use of their Money Treasure. Hence Google tightened their process and allotted to those who are really sincere in blogging or website creation.
