All my websites CTR have dropped after December 10, 2009. It's about 50%-60% lower than the usual ... it continues till today, but the traffic is still the same.

Do you guys also experience the same thing? Do you think this is caused by google personalized search ?

I just started using adsense again so I'm unsure. But alot of threads and posts are stating adsense is lowering slowly. Either google is juicing more money from the ads, or they are just simply not getting as much.

This is just a completely non-researched opinion, but maybe the fact Bing is like being installed as a default search engine on all fresh copies of Windows is making advertisers go in that direction more? Unsure.

CTR might have been high during December because of the festivals

Hm ... thank you for all your responses, i'm sure it's not because of December, because usually the low CTR is the consequences of low traffic during holiday season. In my case, my traffic is still the same, but the CTR is becoming less and less ... google inventory ad issue? I don't know, just hopefully everything back to normal soon.

Everyone is facing this problem its due to perhaps people are so smart enough and not clicking ads now or you might have got less visitors

I would say its a combination of this and advertisers not spend much on Adsense right now. I heard Google is still doing great profit wise. Go Figure.
