Adsense CTR Dropped 50% Suddenly

Recently (for one month already), I have found that my adsense ctr and ecpm dropped 50% with the same amount of traffic, the ctr used to be constant before and I did not change anything. Anyone experienced this situation?

Could be advertisers stopped advertising e.g. gardening sites get lots of revenue in Summer but advertisers stop advertising towards the end of summer, thus less relevant adds appear thus CTR drops off

    - apparently a case of click fraud, may be you were getting fake clicks initially.
    - May be the ads are not relevant to your content. Check your ads quality from some other network, may be the ads are not relevant
    - These days, people are saving for upcoming festivals
    - May be your ads are of no interest during these days

CTC is one of those things you can never stable, it will keep changing just like the cost per click you set on PPC. Sure, each time I wake up to a new suggested cost per click after setting up a ppc campagin. Probably its up tomorrow, watch it

Hi, The likely reason is that you had a few major advertisers who have now blocked you and aren't interested in your traffic.
Maybe overtime, you'll get new advertisers and it'll be all good again. I suggest you focus more on getting more (and quality) traffic than worrying about CTR at this stage. Good luck. Have a nice day!
