Adsense CTR down :(

    Since google has made the changes on the clickable area of the ads my CTR has dropped to almost half..:( What about you guys?

    Yes, CTR is almost 70% of what it used to be. That's because I used to blend ads really well (as per Google's suggestion) What I don't understand is why the ad text description in not included in the clickable area - its part of the ad isn't it? Once the holiday season passes, I will get a much better picture of the earnings.

    My clicks are down 50% since the change. I used to get 400+ clicks, now I'm getting 200 a day.

    Mine dropped for a while, now they seem to be coming back up. I think it's too soon to really tell. All the same, I'm looking into options just in case.

    It is going down for everyone , i would suggest optimizing you site for Link Units , i did and i get a decent ctr on it always.

    CTR depends upon the relevancy of ads, quality of traffic, , and even the content of your website......

    I'm not being trite when I say maybe we should short Goog stock. If our CTRs are down double-digit %, then so may Googles revenues this quarter.

    My CTR is about half of what it used to be.

    Fortunately, my CJ earnings has jumped up this week.
