AdSense content won't update?

I had put a piece of AdSense code on one of my site, but after I changed the content for about a week, the content of AdSense still without any different.

I meant the keywords all different.

 

well i think it will change when the adbot visits your page

 

I found the url with "www" updated, but it's same when without "www"

???
