i have met a guy here whos charging 1250$ as adsense consultation fess in india.He will make a site of 10000 pages and get seo done for it.Is it worth it?Also i m from india here 1250 is worth Rs.50000!!!!!

It probably would be a doorway page which is strictly against adsense TOS. Believe me let your site have just a single page but make sure you put some effort into it. you will do well in the long run if you go this way. Regarding that offer, its fraud. You may need consultation for adwords but not for adsense ARonald

If they were going to write 10000 original pages it would take them years, that's like 20 large novels' worth! They must be a regular Charles Dickens.
Scam is the word. Those stupid autopilot sites will take 50 years of your life to recover that money. did i say enuff?
If people are falling for it then he is making lot of money lol, 1250$ for a 10,000 od pages and few backlinks to it? Is a waste of money you could make a site for 50-100$, and spend about another 200$ on SEO, you will be on your way with adsense, rest depends on the quality of the site to climb higher or fall down. The above offer looks really useless. People who do not have any Computer knowledge, or web design knowledge can get their site up and running for even cheaper price. The guy is targeting the keyword "Adsense Consultation fee"
Most probably he is making a scapper site or using an articles database. It is useless in anyways. Selling SEO services to noobs is very easy, and mostly not worth anything. if you want to hire an SEO consultant, be sure what you want to achieve. Overall, this seems just a waste of money. Stay away!
does he have any earlier work to show? if it is 10000 pages of original/unique content (which I don't think is), then it is a good deal. otherwise there are many other reputed firms that can offer quality SEO at that price.
With that money you can buy a Custom Site Theme made specially for your needs and 10-20 Other WP/Joomla/etc Themes wich you can distribute for free and build links with them .. and so on.
